Is les Halles a butcher or a cooking school? They closed the Parisian market down years ago.

It's an amazing indoor market in Tours.  Everything is in there.  Insanely good cannele and gorgeous meats, fish, vegetables..really worth the trip.  The town of Tours is beautiful as well.
